Espacar gave exceptional service. Their assistant was waiting for us at the airport terminal, took us personally to the car and showed us around the controls etc. He even helped put our cases into the boot. On return he was waiting in the car park for our arrival. This was an excellent car hire experience and I would book Espacar again.

The staff at Niza cars were excellent. My only complaint is that I would suggest that they have a dedicated desk for customers who have checked in online prior to collecting their vehicle. As I had already done this, it literally took me 5 minutes from sitting down with the staff member to me walking out with the keys for my car. However, I had to queue for at least half an hour whilst staff checked in other customers who obviously hadn’t completed the online check in process prior to collecting their vehicle which meant all their documentation etc. had to be checked which in turn held me up from getting on my way.
I would definitely use Zest/Niza Cars Premium again and would highly recommend them.
