We were advised to take out the extra insurance, not sure if this was necessary, however we did not have an accident, so difficult to tell if it would have been as hassle free as advised. We were told when we returned the car as long as the fuel was the same as when we collected the car there would be no checking of the condition of the vehicle, this indeed was the case.

Good service and a newish car although it did have damage to the front bumper on delivery but this did not affect us. Very happy all round

This is the second year using the same service. we like Espacar as we pick up from the airport car park, not offsite. It can be a bit chaotic at the airport, but we have had no problems. The car was as described and the agent was easy to find. Espacar just use one of the outside tables at arrivals to do the paperwork, they don't have a dedicated booth on site, but the process is quick and just a short walk up to get the car. Very reasonable price, reliable car and no hard selling of extras at the pick up point.

The car had numerous scratches but these did not present a problem and the condition of the car was not even checked when we returned it.

The supplier of the vehicle tend to use older but very well maintained vehicles. This keeps the cost down and with no security deposit I was very happy with the vehicle and service that I received.
If you want a brand new car then you can pay for it through another supplier but if you want a good cheap deal with an older well maintained car this is the supplier.

Only comment is the place at the airport where you wait for the courtesy bus was very chaotic with no clear signposting of where to wait. Would it be possible to have a signposted area where your bus will pull in. Other than that service superb and will definitely book again.

Paid a bit of a premium but I’ve never had a speedier pick up or return
