Found the returning of the vehicle really confusing with the instructions that were given to us.
Left the car in the area we picked the car up from.
When we walked over to the terminal we did see where we thought we should of left the car so will 100% know next time we go.
The car was amazing and we will definitely be using this company again.

Overall the car rental went very smoothly.
We had a different car than what we originally ordered but that was not an issue, we actually ended up with a nicer car with only 5000 miles on the clock.
But like everyone else that I speak too, trying to hire a car when travelling, is a minefield, with too my many different deals for different levels of cover. I chose the premium package, because I didn’t want the stress of a sales assistant scaring me with how I need this and that insurance. But even zest still had an extra insurance to add if you wanted it after I’d chose the premium package. There’s always that one little extra bit of cover,
Just keep it simple.

My only problem was with the return of the vehicle. Without satnav or google maps the drop off centre is difficult to find. Fortunately, my son was able to use both.

So easy and quick to find the espacar rep. (In comparison with collecting a car at Faro airport, where there's a scrum in hot sun for 45+ minutes in front of a shed with 10+ hire companies squeezed in.)
