Rentalk50 we’re by far the best car rental company we have ever used in over 30 years over renting cars abroad.
The welcome WhatsApp message with a video showing us where to find them at the airport was extremely useful having never flown into Reus before. Being able to provide driving licence details before we left the UK helped speed up the check in procedure. There was no attempt to upsell insurance something that other providers have become increasingly aggressive about.
We were met by a very pleasant employee who quickly and efficiently provided us with our vehicle. Return was equally as efficient. I will definitely look for this company when we rent again.

The experience of using Rentalk50 was by far and away the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. It is usually a stressful and frustrating start to a holiday, but these guys, from start to finish were excellent. I’d really encourage any of your customers to use them.

one of the best car rental experiences we have encountered abroad. No pressure to get us to upgrade to anything, though we had paid already for the full package, that said we have still been hassled before at other rental firms having paid for their full package. Would definitely use Zest and Rentalk50 again

Easy to find in car park. I was met by their representatives who explained everything clearly. I was a little apprehensive of picking the car up in P2 at a van marked with an X on the side but in reality it was simple. Would highly recommend.

Excellent, personal service which was friendly and efficient. Very satisfied and would definitely use again and recommend to others. Great communication with a useful video about how to find the car at the airport and helpful assistant at the pick-up who even gave the kids a little treat. Fair and honest service with no hidden charges. The only small improvements I could suggest would be to offer a place on the online form to enter the (free) additional driver details as it only lets you enter one set of driver details. I had to ask to add via WhatsApp and while this was done with absolutely no difficulty at all, it would just be a little improvement to add a box on the online form. Many thanks though for a great service
