We have never used Rentalk in the past and we were very impressed by the pre collection communication and the service at their office in a van on the day. Very pleasant, thorough, professional gentleman. He should run training courses on customer service in the car rental industry for many other operators. He could teach them a lot! Thank you for making our car collection so easy.

I have rented many hire cars over the years. I am 49 and this is the best company I have ever hired from. My experience may be specific to Reus airport but I will definitely be using them again. Utter professionalism at the airport pick up and so easy to return.
