A very easy booking process and an excellent value hire. I really like using Zest.
Sixt staff at Inverness Airport were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The vehicle handover was one of the best I've experienced in terms of explaining the car's controls, etc.
I'd booked a KIA Sportage but of course there wasn't one there - but that seems to be normal for every Car Hire provider in the UK.
All in all, an extremely straightforward, good value and pleasant experience.

Zest is a very competent intermediary with rental providers making it easy to have all things covered before arriving at rental car location. My experience with providers has always been satisfactory, but Arnold Clark was exceptional in care matching the service provided by Zest in setting up the rental arrangements.

Used Zest because Which? recommended. Easy to use website, clear insurance options. Good choice of operators at destination.
Chose Hertz because of earlier no charge drop-off.
Local office operators, efficient and friendly, car top model in group, would recommend,
Zest and Hertz at Inverness airport.

We have used many hire companies in the past but Arnold Clark were definitely the best we’ve ever used. The staff at Inverness were fantastic. We’ll definitely book a hire car through Zest again.
