Don't just take our word for it …

I was unable to provide a drivers check to pick up the car (DVLA issue). Zest managed to get the booking changed to my husbands name so we could continue our journey. Thanks so much Zest, this is not the first time you've helped me out.

Tour around Luton.

Whether you wish to explore the surrounding areas such as Dunstable or St Albans or head into North London, renting a car is by far the easiest way to get around.

London Luton Airport is located close to the city of Luton and is situated to the north of London.

Top Attractions Around Luton

Travel to Whipsnade Zoo near Dunstable, just a 25 minute drive away. The zoo is the biggest in the UK and makes for an excellent day out. You will travel through several quaint villages en-route filled with English pubs which are perfect for a delicious lunch.

Stay close to home and spend some time exploring some of Luton’s attractions such as the Stockwood Discovery Centre or the Wardown Park Museum.

Take a short 40 minute drive to Lee Valley Regional Park and marvel at the vast array of flora and fauna that call this place home. There is also a golf course here where you can play a round or two.

Day Trips From North London

Plan a visit to the historic city of Cambridge. It’s just over a 1 hour drive but well worth it whilst you are in the area; explore the city and go punting for a wonderfully English experience.

Take a trip to Milton Keynes where you will find Bletchley Park and you can find out more about the codebreakers of WWII. Stop off at the Hounslow Country Estate and explore hundreds of acres of countryside.

Venture into North London

If you enjoy watching football, why not catch a game at the Emirates Stadium or White Hart Lane? Wembley Arena, Wembley Stadium, and Alexandra Palace are also in this neck of the woods, so check what’s on and watch a live music gig at one of these iconic venues.

Take a tour of some of London’s most famous parks. Regent’s Park, containing London Zoo is extremely popular, but Hyde Park, Green Park and St James’ Park are all equally as beautiful and well worth a visit.
