A positive experience. The agent recommended I took a video of the car prior to driving it away to show the condition of the vehicle, which I did. On returning the car the agent spotted some undocumented scratches on one of the alloy wheels. He asked if I had taken a video or photos before taking the car away and when I confirmed I had he asked to check the footage. Fortunately the wheel damage was clearly visible prior to me collecting the car and everything was fine. The agent was very helpful and cheerful throughout.

I was unable to provide a drivers check to pick up the car (DVLA issue). Zest managed to get the booking changed to my husbands name so we could continue our journey. Thanks so much Zest, this is not the first time you've helped me out.
