The whole process, from booking through Zest to picking up the car (actually, AutoUnion picked us up from the airport) and dropping it off, was so smooth and easy. AutoUnion staff were extremely friendly, and it didn’t take long at their office to go through the details before we could drive away.
The car, a Suzuki Swift (hybrid), was in very good condition and the perfect size for Kefalonia’s roads. It was easy to drive and surprisingly spacious. They provided the car with a full tank of fuel, so it was easy to return it full.
The return was even smoother. One of their staff checked the car and, once everything was fine, dropped me off at the airport.
Overall, one of my smoothest car rental experiences.

The staff were very helpful. Sometimes after collecting a car I’m worried when I return they will try and find something to charge me for. These guys were very detailed on the collection and I had no concerns that they would try and rip me off on return.

Booked Alamo through Zest--Opel Corsa--cheapest car I could find. When I arrived I was upgraded to a nearly new Toyota Yaris Hybrid. Excellent service from all concerned, especially Zest. Second time I have used Zest this year and I have another rental from them next month. Wouldn't dream of using anyone other than Zest.

The vehicle provided was a Fiat Tipo which had covered 71k kilometres. There was some damage to the vehicle, which was recorded on the handover documents. The car was clean, pick up from the airport efficient and all of the staff were very helpful. Upon return, the handover was swift and efficient. The vehicle check was quick and easy. Returned to the airport terminal by the staff. Would definitely use this company again.

Zest and Alamo were highly efficient and friendly to deal with.
I had to change the pick up time before the holiday and Zest dealt with this over the phone very efficiently with no hassle and all details were confirmed by email immediately.
