I arrived at the Centauro hire car desk with an expired driving license, Centauro said they have an agreement with Zest to not charge them for a no show, I called Zest next day and was refunded the total amount, that was unexpected, excellent service, my partner arrived 2 days later so booked again in her name.

Tuesday service both from Zest and Drivilia was brilliant. Had some concerns after reading different forums but the service we received at Drivilia was outstanding.

All went smoothly, I thought Zest was really good value and everything was well explained. Centauro seemed well run and smooth when I reached Alicante, had no issues. Deposit and fuel money was back in good time.

I struggled to find the information with reassurance about what to expect and the process with clear instructions until I came to your website. I didnt have a credit card with a lot of spare to block and your website gave me the option to do this with a zero block and only the car hires block for the fuel of around £75, it that was clear concise and easy to read and understand which gave me the reassurance I needed to ensure smooth hiring of a car abroad.
