First time not using an expensive "on site" car rental firm with their own full insurance so I was a bit nervous (travel approx 6 times annually to Alicante). Delighted with your service, excellent value for money and efficient. Pleasantly surprised that I wasn't subjected to high pressure upselling from the car rental company once I explained that I had taken out my own insurance via Zest. Will use again.

No issues prompt easy service to use. Not sure how it would work returning the car after hours or in the dark. For inspection on return. Would use again.

Customer service, especially when things don't go to plan, are more important to me than getting the very lowest price. Cost is still very important, but customer service more so.
I spent a lot of time looking at car providers on the Zest web site, using independent reviews such as Trustpilot. Key Go came out very highly and I was not disappointed. Very professional and friendly. I would use again if hiring from Alicante.
