Easy to book through Zest, Recordgo staff helpful and friendly, once we found the desk in the main terminal, we arrived in a different part of the airport, car given was a DR3, actually pretty good alternate.

Really easy to pick up and drop off - no big upselling at the counter from record go. We ended up getting a slightly bigger car from what we booked- but it was a hybrid and highly recommend. Like with all newer cars there’s lots of beeps that you have to get used to ( we had the MG3).
Zest was brilliant for the communication pre and during our stay. Record go staff were welcoming and helpful. We definitely use zest and record go again!

Great experience with Zestcarrental at Barcelona Airport. First time I rented a car so I was worried about the horror stories I have read about renting a car. I choosed Zest car rental and it was a great experience went really smooth and no hidden fees !

record Go were absolutely great in all regards, and the quality of the car was excellent - but most of all, I book a large number of cars for rental within Europe and Zest car rental is just excellent. The providers are really good quality and I always feel I am getting a good deal - more importantly I recently needed help from Zest with a disputed payment and the telephone support is fast, accessible and excellent, even at weekends. I cannot recommend highly enough. I never bother to write reviews other than for excellent service.

First time I have hired a car in Spain. Pick up at Barcelona was 10.30pm. Service at desk in Terminal was friendly and welcoming, and car pick up was within 150 yards of terminal.
Return of vehicle was equally seamless
