What else can I say, other than everything went smoothly. Especially when other people I spoke with on holiday related horror story incidents with rental experiences they witnessed or experienced. Totally unrelated to Zest or Centauro and heresay I know. I've been happy with services from Zest on the two occasions I've used them this year and will shortly be booking a third rental.
As the old adage goes... Once is an accident, second time is a coincidence, third time indicates a habit.

The car I received was not the car that I originally booked but it was of a similar size (small SUV) so I was not especially disappointed.
I always take either photographs or more recently videos of the condition of the car before I drive it away and I’m glad I did on this particular occasion as there where a number of small dents and scratches on the bodywork and wheel rims, quite minor but noticeable nonetheless.
On returning the car, I explained I’d taken a video as evidence of the car’s condition and although I don’t foresee any issues while I await the return of my deposit, I would be more than happy to provide a copy of same should Click Rent need it.
I would also add that my experience with both Zest and Click Rent has been very positive so far. I intend to use Zest again when renting a car in the future.

The service from Zest was very good. I initially spoke to them before hiring 3 vehicles from Barcelona Airport. They were very helpful and everything they say was correct. We had a delay with our flight but the details provided allowed us to contact the hire place before it shut. Overall very very good

I have used Centauro many times at Barcelona Airport and never had a problem with them.
I was picked up on time and the efficiency and friendliness of the office staff was excellent.
On returning the car we were a bit late due to an accident, and although they had new customers collecting cars they did a quick check of my car, give it the all clear and got us to the terminal to catch our flight.
My fuel deposit was returned the next day.
