I was pleased that there was no pressure from Drivalia to take their extra insurance when I said that I had already arranged cover. They were also patient whilst I had to sort out a problem with my bank card in order to leave the security deposit. There was some minor cosmetic damage on the car when we picked it up but this was accurately marked on the report and pointed out to us, and we were invited to inspect the car before driving off. Overall, the approach seemed genuine and we would be happy to use Drivalia (Girona airport) again.

As usual, a first class service from Zest. The pick up point from Girona was the most stress free I have ever had. I cannot fault any aspect of the entire process. I am a repeat customer with Zest and will continue to be.

I have been using Keddy / Europcar at Girona Airport since 2017 without ever having a problem, but in July this year I made a mistake on booking the car and booked an electric vehicle, which was not suitable for me. As Keddy only had cars in the next price range I had to pay the difference to get a petrol car.
This time I had booked a Toyota Aygo which I was about to leave with, when the girl on the next desk recognized me and upgraded the car to an Audi A3 FOC as a kind gesture for the mix up in July.

Everything was excellent, upgraded to a Mercedes A Class for a small fee, lovely car just had a few scratches which weren't a problem

Great to be able to speak to a UK call centre (and get through quickly) - great about the excess cover as well - fortunately didn't have to use it! The staff at Drivalia in Girona were fantastic - no hard sells, smiley friendly people and great customer care - can honestly say best car hire company I have ever used.
