Once again, very pleased with the service provided by Autos Aguirre. The car was exactly what we were looking for and the pick up and drop off at Gibraltar airport was quick and efficient. Staff are friendly and we would definitely recommend them to others.

Cannot fault either Zest or Autos Aguirre in arranging car hire and providing the vehicle. Simple and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending both companies.

Flight was diverted to Málaga. You kindly arrange a car for us at Málaga as our car pickup point was Gibraltar. As there was 6 of us it saved us alot of hassle.

Everything was well organised. The car was fine but did have a lot of little marks and bumps on collection. This didn’t bother me but might some people. I had to change the dates on my booking and Zest were very helpful and effient on this. Always use them for my car hire.

I crashed the rental Ford Galaxy making it undriveable after only six miles from picking it up. I sheepishly called Autos Aguirres office to let them know expecting a rather frosty reception. However I was very surprised that they took it all in their stride. A recovery truck was arranged to collect the incapacitated car and the manager of Autos Aguirres personally delivered a replacement vehicle to us at the side of the road. Never once was I made to feel like the bad guy as they were very sympathetic. If I could say one thing it would be to take out the extra insurance to cover the excess and uninsured loss. It saved me a very sizeable amount and a lot of worry.
