Car was of good standard, really easy to find to pick up and likewise with drop off, staff were really nice and helpful

The directions to the collection point were very poor. We had someone with us who has mobility issues and the walk in the heat was too far. It was also very unclear where we were headed. We had to ask several people.
The representative that met us was very helpful and friendly.

Our flight to Gibraltar was diverted to Malaga and we were bused to Gibraltar arriving after the Espacar office closing time. After informing Zest of delay an Espacar rep waited for our arrival in order that we could collect our rental car. Thank you Zest and Espacar would certainly use you again.

No fuss at Espacar, all booked in within 5 mins, covered by insurance, (except tyres and locks etc), free addnl driver, no CC deposit.
