We rent many cars for work and personal reasons. The clarity and communication you provided helped us be confident we had what we needed to rent a car in a foreign country, with a different native language, in a city we had not visited before. It also involved crossing a national boarder between where our flight landed and where we picked up the car. And it all went off without a hitch. The team in place was professional, kind and helpful.
