Have used Record go twice before. This time -unlike previously- the service was quick and cheerful with no hard sell of their insurance. One needs evidence of the Zest free additional driver to get this bonus.

At Madrid T4, the Europcar booth is just a minute await from the arrivals hall. Easy to find.
We arrived late but still there were two members of staff working, so no waiting time.
The agent was friendly and knowledgeable.
The whole process did not take more than 15 minutes.
