The first car I was given overheated. I took it back and within 5 mins given an upgraded car. Very good customer service in the Barajas airport office with understanding and friendly staff. What was a a real set back turned into an excellent hire with a very superior car

I always use Zest as there are no hidden extras. Not many others offer an additional driver for free, full-full fuel and free cancellation. Always excellent service.

Very helpful staff at Zest and centauro. Always a pleasure to deal with. We left our phone in the hire care and we were most thankful for the speed and helpfulness of Centauro customer service and local rental office in ensuring we were able to retrieve the phone and still manage to catch our flight. Thank you 🙏
