A great experience all round. The Spanish rep was friendly, helpful and spoke good English.
It’s also nice to know that you can contact Zest at any time for help if needed.

The whole process went reasonably smoothly.
The pick up driver (from airport to car hire office/compound) was particularly nice.

Autos Aguirre provided perhaps the best car hire experience in my 30 years of hiring cars abroad. The ease of car collection and return took all of the usual stress out of the process. The representative who brought the car was very pleasant and helpful, and provided his direct contact details in the event of anything going wrong, together with an excellent set of instructions for returning the car.
I have used Zest for the first time this year - on three occasions - and have been completely satisfied each time. I will continue to use Zest as I believe you have a policy to deal with highly rated companies who provide a fair service without the usual sales pressure that can be so stressful at the start of a holiday and leave you with a feeling that you may end up ripped off at some point. All three car hire companies this year have been a pleasure to deal with.
