Zest were amazing, we had an issue with original rental, called Zest who resolved the issue, found us an alternative rental very quickly. Excellent customer service. Would definitely use Zest again and recommend Zest to friends

Our luggage was very slow to arrive but the representative was waiting for us at the gate. As the car was brought to us at the short stay car park there was no opportunity to examine the vehicle, let alone video it, on the spot. The company were very friendly, and very relaxed. The drop-off arrangements were rather casual, with no handover. There were no problems, but I would have quite liked to have that confirmed at the time of handover. On the other hand, Zest checked this with Espacar, on my behalf. We had very good service from Zest, as always.

Have used Zest consistently now for a couple of years as I find the service excellent from booking process to end of trip, I recommend them to family and friends. Never any issues and clear easy to navigate booking site to find the most suitable car for my needs. I've compared costs with many other providers and find Zest always offers the best price, choice and cover for my car hire needs. Hiring a car on holiday has a reputation for nasty surprises, hard selling and additional charges and I am happy to say I have found Zest to be the exception, never any issues.
