We have been renting with Zest ( previously economy car hire ) for over 20 years. This was the best hire car we have ever had. Mini countryman. We would love to have this car every time !

Overall, excellent service. Only improvement suggested is to provide more details regarding drop-off. This is because the depot is hidden in large office complex and no Wheego signs (that I could see). Have used Zest a couple of times (USA) & UK and I like the clear insurance options..

I recently completed a rental with SIXT Car hire at Birmingham airport. I was greeted by the rep at the pick up desk who was very helpful and courteous. I received an upgrade free of charge due to the availability of the model of car selected. The pick up reception area was very clean and well maintained and sheltered from the rain which was a welcome relief given the weather on the day.
The car I received for this rental was in pristine condition and was clean. The drop off process was easy without any issues. Overall, this is one of the car best rental experiences I have ever had based on the value for money, quality of vehicle provided and professionalism of the staff. I would have no hesitation renting with SIXT again and would 100% recommend them to anyone renting a car in the Birmingham airport area. I will rent with them again when I return to Birmingham in the future.

Really impressed by your service… exactly as you promised. No questions asked about extra insurance after they said I’d paid for the top up insurance. The representative was a gentleman and assured me all would be well as he showed me the car and your advice about asking him to show me wipers, lights, sat nav etc was a great idea. I took photos of scratches etc and no questions were asked on my return.
