Really impressed by your service… exactly as you promised. No questions asked about extra insurance after they said I’d paid for the top up insurance. The representative was a gentleman and assured me all would be well as he showed me the car and your advice about asking him to show me wipers, lights, sat nav etc was a great idea. I took photos of scratches etc and no questions were asked on my return.

I have ticked excellent for all the questions as my experience was faultless from being collected at the airport to being dropped off. What I found most attractive was the chance to add a 2nd driver for free which was great.
