I collected the vehicle late in the evening making it difficult to do a damage assessment. I was informed that as long as I could provide a damage report by the following morning 10am with photos that this would be sufficient. The collection process was seamless as was the vehicle return.

Finding Drivalia was no issues, the instructions on the Zest pre paid voucher were very clear and precise. The receptionist at Drivalia was extremely friendly and helpful and the car was ready and waiting for us. My only slight concern on collecting the vehicle was the amount of small scratches, scrapes and dings on the cars bodywork, plus a chip in the windscreen and all four alloy wheels had been ‘curbed’. Yes, it was all just minor and superficial damage but I did not want to be accused of causing any of this pre existing damage when I returned the car. So at the suggestion of the receptionist, I took photos and a walk around video of the vehicles exterior condition prior to driving away.
That said the car itself was extremely clean and I must say that mechanically, it felt and drove like a brand new car. It was also very well equipped. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, ac, cruise control etc.. etc..
Returning the vehicle was easy and very fast with no issues. The shuttle bus to and from Stansted airport was very efficient.
I would use Drivalia again and I would also recommend them.
