Finding Drivalia was no issues, the instructions on the Zest pre paid voucher were very clear and precise. The receptionist at Drivalia was extremely friendly and helpful and the car was ready and waiting for us. My only slight concern on collecting the vehicle was the amount of small scratches, scrapes and dings on the cars bodywork, plus a chip in the windscreen and all four alloy wheels had been ‘curbed’. Yes, it was all just minor and superficial damage but I did not want to be accused of causing any of this pre existing damage when I returned the car. So at the suggestion of the receptionist, I took photos and a walk around video of the vehicles exterior condition prior to driving away.
That said the car itself was extremely clean and I must say that mechanically, it felt and drove like a brand new car. It was also very well equipped. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, ac, cruise control etc.. etc..
Returning the vehicle was easy and very fast with no issues. The shuttle bus to and from Stansted airport was very efficient.
I would use Drivalia again and I would also recommend them.

First time using Drivalia but will use again, the car was not pristine so has obviously had a hard life by renters but drove fine and to be honest made me feel less anxious about the return process. I'm usually a nervous wreck when over zealous staff check vehicles with a magnifying glass to find a teeny tiny mark that isn't noticeable by the naked eye!

We use hire vehicles every time we visit the UK, usually by flying into Stansted. We have tried many different vehicle hire firms over the years, and in our view, Zest Car Rental is by far the best. The welcome is warm, there is no hard sell, the vehicles are in good condition, and the price is competitive. We will use Zest for our next UK visit.
