We booked with Zest this year as we had previously booked with Zest and had a good experience. We felt secure & confident that we were covered in any eventuality. Alamo have proved to be an excellent choice both times in terms of car provision & customer service. Would not hesitate to use again.

First time using thrifty, great car, easy access and ready to go after long days flights! Definitely will use again!

Really great service from Alamo at O'Hare - great variety of cars to choose from and the whole collection and return operation very slick.

The staff who served us in Chicago went above and beyond to help us, offering us alternative vehicles and answering our questions. The return was easy and quick with wonderful service. Five stars from us. Thank you.

Easy to find counter in Chicago and the desk attendant was very helpful and we got a few extras at not an extortionate price. Very happy with overall service, the car was excellent for our short trip to USA would definitely use Thrifty again.

I was delayed 2 days flying to the States & again 3 hours on my final leg to the States. Zest were available even on a Sunday to notify the rental car company in Chicago. They even reduced my rental fee by 2 days before I requested it. Excellent service.
