Easy to find counter in Chicago and the desk attendant was very helpful and we got a few extras at not an extortionate price. Very happy with overall service, the car was excellent for our short trip to USA would definitely use Thrifty again.

I was delayed 2 days flying to the States & again 3 hours on my final leg to the States. Zest were available even on a Sunday to notify the rental car company in Chicago. They even reduced my rental fee by 2 days before I requested it. Excellent service.
