well pleased with speed of check-in and quality of vehicle provided. I like ZEST and have used them a few times as there are no hidden costs with the pre-paid set-up. I was even able to change my reservation based on cheaper vehicle grade. The vehicle was clean and provided with a full tank. Return was quick and email provided for final resolution receipt.

Fantastic customer service from Zest and Alamo. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. A particular well done to Stephon at Alamo in Newark Airport. A wonderful human being.

Excellent rental start to finish. Staff at EWR (Newark, NJ) were very accommodating and helpful and eficient. Car ran superb and was large enoug to meet all our needs (passenger comfort and luggage). Would definitely recommend and rent using Zest as an agent in future.
