First class service no problems or issues with Zest or Alamo. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Vehicle was excellent. Short queue for the Alamo representative so a 10 minute wait but once I got to the representative he was helpful and friendly. The Zest rental agreement provided all the insurance needed with zero excess and the agent did not try to hard sell any additional insurance. This is the first time I have hired a full size SUV so I would have appreciated a brief tutorial on the controls but this is a minor issue. The vehicle was excellent and exactly as promised. I have used Zest four times now and have always been delighted with the result.

I can see why Zest is highly recommended by Which?. Zest offers all inclusive stress fee car rental and change to pickup the rental car earlier in the day was easily accommodated by one of their knowledgeable and friendly advisors.

Straightforward booking on the Zest website with everything well explained. Everything went very smoothly at Orlando with no worries about getting the right insurance etc. as Zest had already sorted that out. Alamo were friendly, easy and quick to deal with. Vehicle (Audi Q7) was very good.
