Good service from start to finish, no push for extra cover at service desk, was informed about desk not being open on day off car being returned and what to do. Car was lovely to drive ,up graded No extra cost. Collected car from 9840 Rosen centre on international drive orlando FL

Everything worked perfectly. Turned up a bit earlier than planned for the pickup but it wasn't an issue. Car was ready and we got going. Excellent service from Zest and Alamo.

Booked Alamo with Zest before and picked up car at same location at Rosen centre office at International Drive Orlando FL. Pick up location was easy to find, had to sort out the paperwork, did not ask if you would like added Insurance as they could see that I had added Insurance already with Zest. They provide a satnav if you need one (mine was $111+Tax for a week) which was very easy to use, even for me as I'm old school not into gadgets. Had selection of cars and got an upgrade with no extra charge, all cars were Automatic. They will need your credit card details before you take the car, you can bring the car back to same place or somewhere different which they will ask you at the desk. Only down side nothing major did not take you to car to show how things worked as cars have so many gadgets these days. Overall service was 10/10.
