I’d never used a car hire agent before and found Zest on a google search. Decided to book through Zest over another company due to the website being easier to navigate and the T’s & C’s being easy to understand. Everything went exactly to plan. Communication was good and the best bit was not being bombarded with insurance sales upgrades at the Hertz desk due to their inclusive insurance package.
