Brilliant service, I explained to Alamo that I wanted to use Android Auto and due to no smaller vehicle being available with this feature at the time they upgraded my vehicle with no additional charge. Also the first vehicle suffered a cracked windscreen from a truck wheel bolt and Alamo swapped the vehicle for exactly the same model quickly and efficiently. Fortunately I had taken out the Zest full insurance which covered me for windscreen damage and Alamo were fully aware of this.
