If there was such a thing as more than 100% positive, you’d get it. There’s nothing worse than getting to a different destination and looking around for the car rental company pick up people so, it’s very satisfying to know that you’re being looked after.

Kings Rental operates from the Autodask Rentals site, approximately 5–10 minutes from Heraklion Airport.
Communication before our trip was excellent, with detailed WhatsApp messages providing clear pickup instructions and even a photo of the transfer vehicle that would collect us from the airport.
Our flight was delayed, but the team was easy to contact and quickly rearranged the pickup. We were collected around 25 minutes after arrival and transferred smoothly to the rental location.
Although we were provided with a slightly different vehicle than the one originally booked, it was of a high standard, well-maintained, and performed perfectly throughout our trip without any issues.
Returning the vehicle was simple and hassle-free. The company provided clear return instructions, including a location link via WhatsApp, and then transferred us back to the airport for our departure flight.
Overall, the service was professional, efficient, and well-organised from start to finish. I would happily use Kings Rental again and would recommend them to others visiting Crete.
