Very easy pick up and return of vehicle, no hard sell at all on collection of vehicle. We were upgraded to a hybrid vehicle at no extra cost. Would definitely use again.

We have used Zest many times and even though they are not always the cheapest we always feel confident during our rental that we have back up support if we need it, they always give clear and helpful information and the top up insurance gives us peace of mind.

We liked having the insurance from Enterprise as part of the rental agreement - it makes for a more relaxing car hire. We only rated the car as good as it had done 92k km and had minor scratches and dents but this was not a problem for us as we expected this with the full collision damage waiver agreement. We prefer the less pristine car and damage waiver when we are leaving the car in crowded car parks. The car itself drove very well and we had no problems with it.
