Very straightforward booking, collection, and return. The vehicle was in very good condition, clean, and as one would hope. Good value too.
We have used Zest in the past and will continue to do so.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded. My son and I had both booked a Fiat Tipo Estate or similar and were both given a Skoda Octavia Estate

Very easy pick up and return of vehicle, no hard sell at all on collection of vehicle. We were upgraded to a hybrid vehicle at no extra cost. Would definitely use again.
