Everything went swimmingly well. Instructions for collecting and dropping off the car were easy to follow. Customer service guy (Neil - very pleasant) was there as outlined. Keys handed over - all done and dusted in a matter of (a very small few) minutes.

I think Zest car rental are excellent and renting with Centauro this year was the best experience I have had in a long time at Alicante airport.

We had a delayed flight and I initially spoke with Ollie at Zest who called the car hire company Moovers to check they were happy to still provide us with the hire car. Ollie promptly called back to say all was okay and we could delay our pick up time. Our delay was then extended which meant Moovers would be closed, so Ash at Zest advised me of Centauro who would stay open until 1am. We didn’t land until 12.45 and it was a dash through to the desk which thankfully was still open at 1.10! It was a smooth, hassle free process and I will definitely use Zest and Centauro again.
While on holiday Ash sent an email to say Moovers would refund us for the hire car we weren’t able to collect which was great news!
