Very good experience from booking right through to returning vehicle. No hard sell on extra insurance. I explained we had our own excess insurance and they accepted that with no problem. Will definitely book again.

Customer service by our Drivalia representative was excellent. We had a problem getting our bank to authorised the deposit and despite other customers needing his attention he was very patient and helpful.

The overall experience was good. I was very happy with the experience with Zest and Drivalia provided a car that only had 33k (Kms) on the clock and was, other than multiple scrapes and scratches on the bodywork, in good condition and was perfect for our holiday. Also, Drivalia is located very close to the airport and the shuttle bus journey only took a few minutes.
