Customer service, especially when things don't go to plan, are more important to me than getting the very lowest price. Cost is still very important, but customer service more so.
I spent a lot of time looking at car providers on the Zest web site, using independent reviews such as Trustpilot. Key Go came out very highly and I was not disappointed. Very professional and friendly. I would use again if hiring from Alicante.

Our experience in booking through Zest was fantastic - the car hire company we selected brought the car to us at Alicante airport (I had completed the pre-registration process) and then we phoned them 10mins before we arrived at departures and they were waiting for us! I have NEVER had such a seamless, stress free car rental experience, this has started to restore my faith that I can trust car rental companies again - all thanks to Zest!
