I cannot fault the service provided by Zest. Two days before our departure to Spain I was told that I needed a hospital operation. I would then not be allowed to fly for 48 hours. Thinking we would loose the money for our booking. NO. Zest cancelled our booking with full refund and arranged a new booking for 48 hours after my operation.
Just how good can a company be?

A flight delay meant I had to book a different car from a different hirer. The Zest call centre sorted everything quickly, and even saved me money. I can’t write highly enough of the service I received at a stressful time stuck at an airport.

We were very happy with Key Go Rent with everything.
Straightforward & professional car collection.
The assistant was friendly, pleasant & helpful, not pushy with excess insurance as we had our own.
As they are located just off the airport, the minibus takes only a few minutes.
The car return was swift, after a quick check of the vehicle they proceeded with the paperwork.
The return to Alicante airport was efficient with no waiting.
We will definitely use Key Go Rent again.

Key Go Rent are a pleasant company and pleasant staff.
I have used Zest for about 4/5 years. I feel that Zest level of service is utterly superb, for both service, quality of vehicles and guidance with advice on vehicle type and insurance.
I would not use any other company now.
