An excellent service. Highly recommend particularly with the added insurance protection. Cars at Drivalia all looked in excellent condition. The staff were very good and did not try to upsell unnecessary insurance products.

All went very smoothly, as usual with Zest. It was my first time to use Record Go. They offered us a very new car which was also automatic. Very pleased. No hard sell of additional insurance. The Record Go agent we dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

We had a collision that we had to go back to Zest to reclaim our CDW. Zest were very good at processing that, being easily available on the phone to deal with the inevitable slight hitches. So good not to be caught in an endless phone hold being told how important your call is to them.

Great service all round. I had to change my drop off time and the team responded to my request in a timely manor. Paperwork was clear with arrival instructions. Pick up in VLC was seamless, the pick up point was easy to find and the driver was there within minutes. Swift procedure with the paperwork at the office and we were on our way within 10 minutes. Extra insurance was offered but no hard sell. I was happy to leave a pending deposit on my card. Staff member (English lady) suggested I took a video of the car and showed me on the paperwork where previous damages were. On return the car was checked over quickly and we were taken back to the airport. Pending deposit was cleared within 24 hours. Great service I would use again.
