Once we found the pick up location for the shuttle bus collecting the car was very easy. There was no hard sell for additional insurance. We were asked once only and accepted our decline. Car was clean, new, and well presented. Returning the car was again easy. We would use Centauro again picking up at Valencia airport.
Better signage at the pick up location could be improved.
Much better experience than Alicante airport. Car easy to photograph in daylight unlike Alicante where handover in in dark poorly illuminated car park.

The staff at Centauro VLC were phenomenal. Diego, the bus driver and Paola, the representative who helped me, were brilliant.

Would always recommend booking through Zest as you have the peace of mind with the top-up insurance and a UK contact if anything goes wrong

An excellent service. Highly recommend particularly with the added insurance protection. Cars at Drivalia all looked in excellent condition. The staff were very good and did not try to upsell unnecessary insurance products.
