The whole process was very efficient from booking through to drop off. Centauro were very easy to deal with and the quality of the car was good.

Really simple booking process. Clear instructions for shuttle bus, collection process and return. Cars were new and excellent condition.

Thrifty/Hertz service at Valencia airport is not great, especially on a Sunday evening.
There was one person in returns office and a queue, some people waiting over an hour. We took over half an hour to clear return of car.
In contrast, Zest service is excellent, and I have not had problems with Sixt rentals when booking with Zest.
I needed to claim damage excess via Zest, and the Zest call agent gave clear help and advice on the process.
