I arrived in Valencia during the national power cut. Most vehicle rental companies weren't able to operate, however, Go By Car were. They managed to carry out the transaction paperwork with mobile phone torch. Really impressed with them.

Particularly liked how promptly Centauro confirmed on returning the vehicle that petrol was full and o/a car condition was fine so all monies left with them would be refunded shortly.
