I was a bit worried after seeing some other low-rated reviews for Hertz, but I booked a small manual car with them, and ended up getting a Toyota automatic that felt like a brand-new car, perfectly tuned. The return process was smooth too, making for a very pleasant rental experience!

All ran very smoothly. The only slight concern was having to give a £1500 deposit on our credit card. But it was returned very promptly after returning the car.

Great car, Skoda superb. Plenty of room for 4 suitcases. Initially had a smaller car appointed to us but changed quickly to enable luggage.

I had a bad experience in the past when I booked direct with Green Motion/USAVE. Long wait, wrong vehicle type (they said I booked electric) and was given a very damaged vehicle. I walked out and went to Enterprise.
This time was the complete opposite. I believe that was due to Zest booking.

Exceptional value compared to booking direct through the car rental companies. The flat rate extra coverage provides great peace of mind.
