As I collected the car at midnight a scrape on the front was not noticed. However on calling the head office the following morning everything recorded and on return all good and my deposit returned in full. Overall a very good experience and Europcar one of the best providers.

Having read the reviews for all the car hire companies at Heathrow I was very nervous, but I’m happy to say this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had! This is a genuine review and I cannot fault Keddy or Zest - speedy pick up, very helpful staff, spotless car and best of all no hassle re extra insurance (which I’d already arranged through yourselves at a fraction of the cost of other providers) Well done Zest & Keddy - I’ll be back!!
