I had a bad experience in the past when I booked direct with Green Motion/USAVE. Long wait, wrong vehicle type (they said I booked electric) and was given a very damaged vehicle. I walked out and went to Enterprise.
This time was the complete opposite. I believe that was due to Zest booking.

The staff and service at Hertz was superb. The car was great and had no problems whatsoever using Hertz, would definitely use them again.

Great service again from Zest who make the process very easy. I particularly like the checklist emails that come through prior to pick up.
The hire car at Heathrow was new and we were upgraded to an automatic at no extra cost.
