Best experience I have had renting a car

Paul, 1 month ago

Both the collection and drop-off experiences were excellent and all staff that I engaged-with were courteaous and helpful. The car was exactly as requested. Renting a car in a place like Los Angeles can seem somewhat daunting but I found the whole thing stress-free, thanks to efficient and simple pick-up and drop-off processes, the drop-off being particularly easy. 10/10.

Second time in using Zest and I must say I would 100% use you guys again see as you are in fact fairly local to where I live. Very easy to use and very reasonable in pricing.

Extremely helpful service provided, especially when I put the wrong return time for the drop off. Problem resolved within minutes. Have used Zest for years and will continue to do so.
