Both the collection and drop-off experiences were excellent and all staff that I engaged-with were courteaous and helpful. The car was exactly as requested. Renting a car in a place like Los Angeles can seem somewhat daunting but I found the whole thing stress-free, thanks to efficient and simple pick-up and drop-off processes, the drop-off being particularly easy. 10/10.
