Superb service from Zest.
In error, I got the wrong date for my rental (a whole month out), and only realised this the morning I was due to pick up the car. I contacted Zest by email at 7:30am, and had a reply by phone by 8:15am. The booking was changed to pick up a car that day. The deposit was transferred, there was no additional cost to me, and the service was truly excellent.
I only ever use Zest, for this kind of reason.

Brilliant company as recommended by Clare Barrett in the FT. Will use in future as takes the stress out of booking independently. Alamo is more expensive but service is first rate. We’ve used them before and have switched allegiance from Avis.

Zest provided a great service and great support, we felt like we were in great hands using your service. Alamo served us well as well, things were quick, and we received a car that was very comparable to that that we ordered, which is rare in my experience with car rental companies.
