We booked cars twice through you on our USA trip. Was offered a choice of different mid size SUVs. Went with a Ford both times and was very happy with the vehicles. Collection was friendly and helpful, and drop off extremely quick. No pressure to take out local insurance.

Booking our rental car with Zest was easy. We were reassured by the positive Which? rating, otherwise we would have gone directly with the provider. Zest let us know what to expect and the process of picking up the car was easy and fast. The car was great and served us really well during our stay in LA. Returning the car was really easy as well. We didn't have any problems with the car at all so can't speak on how Zest or Enterprise would deal with any issues but we had full cover so were reassured that it would have been fine if anything had happened. Thank you to Zest and Enterprise.
