We just wanted to give some feedback on our recent rental in orlando mco First the team on dispatch Cindy and Carolyn were terrific, this dynamic duo sorted us out with another vehicle after ours was sent to another garage, they even gave us free chilled bottles of water....like wow This is why SIXT excels over the other rental companies in MCO The vehicle we got was spotless and everything worked 🙂 On return of our rental we were greeted by Alfred, this quiet unassuming gentleman was like Flash and told us all was good and nothing else was owed  Thank you, SIXT hope, to use your service again next year

On arrival to collect the vehicle there was a shortage of vehicle type we ordered so it took a little wait and the offer of a lesser vehicle type which we didn't accept then we were given a free upgrade...much appreciated
