Great experience and service received. No hard sales push at the Thrifty rental desk upon collecting the vehicle to purchase additional services. Zest were excellent at providing full cover for piece of mind.

Your hire service was excellent, competative and reliable, can't fault them in any way, so will definitelbe using you again in the future. Alamo services were good, we were given a free upgrade on collection of the vehicle, which was great, but unfortunately this vehicle broke down with a dead battery after a few days. Fortunately we were at our villa and managed to get Alamo to arrange a service technician to attend our address who jump started the vehicle. We arranged to take it back and collected a replacement, which cost us a half day of our holiday, but we eventually got on our way. The later vehicle was an out of state vehicle, was quite dirty, but was reliable. To be fair to Alamo they didn't charge us for the fuel used in the first vehicle.........and wasn't Zests fault in any way.
