We collected car from Orlando Int'l but unfortunately after 2 days the engine brake light came on! We returned to Dollar at Sarasota Airport and was provided with an replacement upgraded car immediately. Excellent service, no charges incurred.

Absolutely brilliant service from Alamo at Orlando Airport. We got a free upgrade from a Nissan Pathfinder to a Dodge Durango, which turned out to be a great car for our holiday needs. Only gripe was that the car interior wasn't particularly clean. Other than that, fantastic! Thank you!

Great service provided by both yourselves (Zest) and Alamo. I feel I must mention Alamo's representative in Orlando ( a young lady called Zoe) whose service, in picking up our car and it's return, was exemplary. I have used Zest and in it's previous name for a long time and will continue to do so in the future.
