I find Zest so easy to use and what I love is that there are no hidden costs. No one tries to sell me extra insurance at the desk. The service is excellent, communication excellent - all round 5 stars! I will always use Zest now when hiring a car and recommend them highly to everyone.

What a refreshing change! I had to rearrange my booking due to illness then had a query about pickup. Both calls were answered quickly by a real person who was able to help there and then!
I have no hesitation in recommending Zest. The prices are good and the customer service, which you only need to test when you're in trouble, was excellent.

Used Zest earlier this year for car hire in Portugal so decided to try them again for car hire at Belfast International airport ( usually use Avis). The Budget car hire desk is the same as the Avis one and the experience mirrored previous experience with Avis but much cheaper. Will definitely use Zest again for Belfast and elsewhere.
