From booking the car through Zest, collecting the car to returning the car, all very smooth. If only everything in life was as smooth!!! I would recommend Zest to family and friends.

I can't fault any aspect of the service from Zest, a very clear booking procedure and good advice. I have rated Arnold Clark excellent, despite a problem with the car we were provided with - a middle seat belt at the back did not function properly. However Arnold Clark's response when we contacted the representative was exemplary, an immediate change (and upgrade) of car, write off of fuel already used and polite and friendly service.
