The representative who dealt with our collection was great as was the guy we dropped of the car to. He drove my elderly mother in law to the PMR booth. Car was new and ideal for our for our requirements.

I was provided a new car with 12 miles on the clock; and an upgraded one as well 👍 Great service from both Zest (as usual) and Europcar.

The representative from Zest that we dealt with was very professional and courteous, she answered any questions we had. The car was ready and waiting at the airport. I would definitely recommend Zest to family and friends

All round good experience. Possibly helped by fact we were booking in at a quiet time and day. However can't fault service or experience

From booking the car through Zest, collecting the car to returning the car, all very smooth. If only everything in life was as smooth!!! I would recommend Zest to family and friends.

I can't fault any aspect of the service from Zest, a very clear booking procedure and good advice.
I have rated Arnold Clark excellent, despite a problem with the car we were provided with - a middle seat belt at the back did not function properly. However Arnold Clark's response when we contacted the representative was exemplary, an immediate change (and upgrade) of car, write off of fuel already used and polite and friendly service.
