Excellent organisation to deal with, booking came with excess insurance cover and was still cheaper than dealing with the rental company direct. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The man that served us was excellent. We'd had to switch to Europcar last minute as our flight was delayed. He gave us a brand new family sized car (upgraded us) and didn't charge us extra for the child's booster seat. We will 100% be using Europcar again. Also the lady I spoke to at Zest (when we had the delay) was very helpful and patient.
